Their third shop in Sydney
With the surrounding area filled with corporate buildings, a ripe opportunity existed for a coffee shop to serve sleep-needy professional workers. Haven Specialty Coffee opened its third shop earlier this year in Darling Quarter, with its other two shops in Haymarket and Rosebery.

Let's have a conversation
The open-plan layout of Haven’s Darling Quarter venue encourages conversation and respite from the relentless pace of surrounding Sydney CBD activities. The minimalist, white-blended-with-grey interior is calming and aesthetic. Items are thoughtfully curated, like the vase with overstretching branches sitting next to a book about design conception.
With a reputation already established for specialist coffee, Haven Darling Quarter emphasises a delicious accompaniment – bagels. Options like Truffle Mushroom and NewYorker tempt all who look at the wall-typed menu display, while croissants and other baked delights lie tantalisingly in a glass cabinet. It’s an artful display of style and substance.
There is an entertainment precinct just outside complete with a theatre, village green and kids’ playground.
